Hannah Patrick (Chair)
Hannah is a public health physician currently working as a clinical advisor to the National Institute for Health and Excellence and as a clinical haematologist for Lewisham and Greenwich Healthcare Trust. Previously she was a consultant in public health at Bexley Primary Care Trust with special interest in mental health.
I have read the guidance on conflict of interest and have none to declare.
I am a Councillor representing Plumstead in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
I serve as our boroughs Mental Health Champion and am the Council appointment to Greenwich Mind board. I work as a shop manager for Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice.

I am a retired university lecturer and journalist. I retired in July 2016. During the last seven years at London Metropolitan University, I represented students in my faculty who had disabilities. In this capacity, I worked very closely with many students who had mental health issues. In my work as a journalist, I worked for the BBC, Al Jazeera, The guardian, The Scotsman, Channel 4, Irish Post and CNN amongst many others. The majority of my work was related to the conflict in Northern Ireland. I have lived in Blackheath for over twenty-five years.

Dr Nike Arowobusoye is a Consultant in Public Health and has been working in the UK health and social care sectors over the last 16 years. Nike has worked in health and government establishments, such as Primary Care Trusts, Local Authorities and Public Health England; as the Director of Public Health and as portfolio lead for health intelligence, cancer and non-cancer screening programmes, quality improvement, healthcare commissioning, health protection, sexual health promotion, health and social care integration and healthcare care public health, to name a few.
She qualified as a medical doctor at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, obtained her Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and a member of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. Nike has a Level 7 ILM certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. Nike is interested in health systems leadership, quality improvement, and public health mental health. She focuses on maximising and improving population level health outcomes as well as working on a place based agenda.
Nike is interested in understanding loneliness and resilience in relation to health and wellbeing.
Terry Clark (Treasurer)
I am a Chartered Accountant, now retired, and I have been the Treasurer of Greenwich MIND and the Ormiston Road Centre for over 35 years.
During that time I have seen it grow from a small entity employing a couple of full time employees plus volunteers to the present relatively large organisation supplying high quality mental health services covering a broad range of disciplines to the residents of the Greenwich Borough.
I have read the documents relating to my position as a Trustee, and in particular those giving guidance on conflicts of interest.
I can confirm that I have no conflicts of interest.
